Accessibility

We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or voice control.

What we aim for

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA. In building this site we have:

• Used semantic HTML with a single main heading per page and a logical heading order
• Kept text contrast at 4.5:1 or better against its background
• Made every interactive element reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline
• Given every icon-only link an accessible name
• Labelled all form fields with real labels rather than placeholder text
• Respected the prefers-reduced-motion setting, so animation is suppressed for anyone who has asked for that
• Provided a skip link to bypass the header

Known limitations

We are honest about where we fall short rather than claiming full conformance:

• The network diagram on the homepage carries a text description, but the detail within it is conveyed visually. The same information appears as text in the services list below it.
• Some third-party content we link to is outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
