Who else is involved

We keep third parties to a minimum, but this site relies on:

Netlify — hosting and form processing. Form submissions are stored in your Netlify account until deleted. Server logs sit with them.
Google Fonts — typefaces are requested from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. [If you would rather avoid this, self-host the fonts — it is a small change and slightly faster.]
Stripe — only if you purchase a paid report. Payment details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, not your card details.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising.
We don't require an email address to see a result from our free tools.
Our email security checker reads public DNS records only. It does not connect to, scan or probe any host.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you buy a paid report, Stripe sets cookies necessary to process that payment. [Revisit this section if you add analytics or a chat widget.]

Your choices

Security

This site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, a restrictive content security policy and no server-side database. Form submissions are held in Netlify under access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't claim otherwise.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.
