Privacy policy
This policy covers this website and our text messaging (SMS) program. Data we process on behalf of clients under a managed services agreement is governed by that agreement and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement — not by this page.
Who we are

What we collect, and why

Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in, we may text the mobile number you gave us. There are two separate choices, and you can pick either, both or neither:
- Service and account messages — replies to your enquiry, appointment and on-site visit reminders, support ticket updates and account notices.
- Marketing messages — occasional offers, security alerts, event invitations and news about our services.
Consent to text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by emailing info@tnbcg.com or calling 305-419-9992, and we will honor it promptly. Full program terms are in our Terms of use.
Your mobile information is not shared. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. The only parties that handle it are the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf (listed below), and they may use it only to provide that service.
Who else is involved
We keep third parties to a minimum, but this site and our messaging rely on:
- Netlify — hosting and form processing. Form submissions are stored in our Netlify account until deleted. Server logs sit with them.
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) and its messaging carriers — our customer relationship and messaging platform. It stores contact details and consent records and delivers text messages and email on our behalf.
- Google Fonts — typefaces are requested from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
- Stripe — only if you purchase a paid report. Payment details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, not your card details.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site. If that changes, we will list them here before they go live.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising.
- We don't share your mobile number or text messaging consent with anyone for their marketing.
- We don't require an email address to see a result from our free tools.
- Our email security checker reads public DNS records only. It does not connect to, scan or probe any host.
Marketing email
If you give us your email address, we may send you occasional messages about our services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. Service messages about an active enquiry or engagement are not affected.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you buy a paid report, Stripe sets cookies necessary to process that payment.
Your choices
You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@tnbcg.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you ask us to delete your data, we may keep a minimal record that you opted out so we don't contact you again.
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights. Contact us and we will honor them as the law requires.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, a restrictive content security policy and no server-side database. Form submissions and messaging records are held with our providers under access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't claim otherwise.
Children
This site and our messaging program are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.
